Livestock Title of Farm Bill
Although the 2008 Farm Bill fell short in addressing the major issues of livestock concentration, the bill did include a new title dedicated to livestock. The Livestock Title addressed important issues like mandatory country-of-origin labeling and protections for producers in contract negotiations.
